Delivery Policy
If you are chasing an order please refer to the tracking reference once the order is dispatched and check on the website for either Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Should you need to go out Please leave clear instructions where they can safely leave your parcel .If you require further info please do not phone but email at us at sales@raggedrose.com as we can respond faster .
All Orders placed between Monday -Friday ,we aim to pick ,pack and ship same day upto 1pm or next day.If an order is placed over the weekend then it will be dispatched on the Monday unless it is a bank holiday.
If an item is marked back order this means it is not in stock but due into stock very shortly or is in production .
Some items such as cushions are marked as made bespoke and may take 7-10 working days and will state this in the listing .
Furniture items are often out of stock and the listing will state an estimated delivery time but it is best to contact us for an update.

*Do I qualify for free delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of over £60.00 within UK mainland* with the exception of orders containing furniture and some large items. These are classed as ‘non-standard’ items and are priced individually at £29.95.
We do not include free delivery to the * Islands over 2kg. See separate price table.

Easy & Convenient Delivery
- We send smaller parcels under 2 kg via Royal Mail 48 hour service tracked.
- We send our large parcels and small furniture items with the most reliable service which is Parcelforce, which means get a reliable delivery driver.
- When your parcel is on its way, you will receive a text message/email from Parcel Force with your expected delivery date. If you will be out, it’s not a problem. From the text message/email you will have a range of options, such as changing your delivery date, delivering to a neighbour or arranging to have your order delivered to a safe place at your address. On the morning of delivery, you should be given a 1-2 hour delivery window and you’ll be able to track your parcel at every stage in its journey.
